I run my shop on it. Off-the-shelf agents fail four ways: they burn tokens re-learning what they knew yesterday, they forget every session, they put your data in someone else's cloud, and they leave no record of why they did anything. AIO fixes all four. My agents learn locally, remember across sessions, and leave a trail I can audit.

multi-machine coordination

My machines coordinate over a local MQTT mesh. Agents on different nodes hand off work and synthesize findings without burning tokens on chatter. Coordination and cross-synthesis, on hardware I control.
